LEADING ARTS INFUSED LEARNING
We are at the forefront of arts education in Houston, pursuing equitable access to the arts, sharing our expertise, and directing value programs and resources to our communities most in need. We offer quality programming, professional development, curriculum, administrative help, talented artists and other resources to support and lead arts infused learning.
SUPPORTING EVERY CHILD
Children are the focus of Young Audiences’ mission. We believe that every single child should have the opportunity to experience and explore the arts; so, we work to address any barriers that exist to bring the arts to all children.
TRANSFORMING EDUCATIONAL CULTURE
The transformation that Young Audiences intends to create in arts education can only come through systemic change. Within the Houston educational culture, the importance of arts in education must be elevated and more support and resources must be provided to deepen the impact of the arts on children. When the educational culture is transformed, arts will remain an essential component of all children’s education now and into the future.
